RelancesAutomatiques batch: New parameters to run the batch in simulation
                                                                        | DMF | 0911** ADMINISTRATOR BATCH BATCH |
The RelancesAutomatiques batch enables you to automatically send dunning emails to customers when they have not paid an invoice.
Previously, this batch could not be simulated before running it in real conditions.
Now, it can be run in simulation mode in order to ensure the batch is running well before its execution in real conditions. This new mode allows you to run the batch without sending any dunning emails and without updating dunning levels of invoices, in order to only view the list of invoices to dun.
The following parameters were then added to the RelancesAutomatiques batch:
- SIMULATIONto enable or disable simulation.
- SIMU_CORPS_MAILto enter the keyword corresponding to the body of the summary email sent.
- SIMU_MAIL_RESPONSABLEto enter recipients who receive the summary email.
When the processing of the batch is completed with simulation enabled, a summary email is sent to the recipients entered in the SIMU_MAIL_RESPONSABLE parameter. The body of the email corresponds to the keyword entered in the SIMU_CORPS_MAIL parameter. An Excel spreadsheet is also attached to the email to view the list of invoices for which a dunning email would have been sent to the customer if simulation had been disabled.

Project View, Employee view and Calendar: Filters added
                                                                        | DMF | 25**** PROJECT * * |
Important
To use the filters added by this evolution, they must be activated from the Main Portal > Project module > Schedule type menus > Search criteria.
The Scheduled search criterion was added in the Project view and the Employee view menus (and Calendar if the PLG_HORODATE management rule is enabled):
- When the criterion is set to Yes, only projects or employees that have at least a scheduled item are displayed in the calendar.
- When the criterion is set to No, only projects or employees that do not have any scheduled item are displayed in the calendar.
The following search criteria were added in the Employee view menu (and Calendar if the PLG_HORODATE management rule is enabled) in order to make the search easier for line managers:
- Manager to enter a manager in order to search for all scheduled items of employees managed by that manager.
- Include line manager to include or exclude in the calendar the scheduled items corresponding to the line managers entered in the Manager filter. If no manager is specified in the Manager criterion, the Include line manager criterion has no effect.
Note
Those two filters can be added, removed or moved independently in quick accesses.

In the issue creation screen, when entering the context of the issue, the Product field is used to enter the product relevant to the issue.
In the help list of the Product field, the serial number was added for products with a serial number. It is used to differentiate two products with the same label but with a different serial number.

Now, the name of the owner is displayed:
- from a search screen, by selecting the search from the list then by clicking on . Besides, if the search is shared, the Save button is now replaced by the Save for everyone button (only if the user has the right to modify the search).
- from the portal > Favorites > Administration then by selecting the saved search.
