The Sales Portal allows you to search for sales objects based on certain search criteria.
Important
The partitioning by customer or company is checked when searching for objects and opening them. If you are partitioned by company and/or by client:
- If you are partitioned by customer and/or company, search results will only contain objects from companies or customers on which you are partitioned.
- From a hyperlink, you will be able to open the issue only if you are partitioned on its company and/or customer.
For more information about partitioning, refer to Restricting user access.
From the menu of the desired object type, various searching methods are available depending on your needs:

For more information about searching, refer to Performing a search.
Search results are then displayed in a table. Those results can be used so that users can display only relevant information, for example when sorting issues, by customizing the color of issues depending on their status or also by exporting those results in Excel.
Reference
For more information about the setup of results in table view, refer to Setting up results in table view.

Saved searches are used to save a certain combination of filters in order to reuse them later.

For more information about saved searches, refer to Using and managing saved searches.

Depuis l'écran de recherche, cliquez sur l'icône dans la colonne Actions pour ouvrir un résultat de recherche.
