Logging in to a portal

1 In a web browser, specify the address of the desired portal or open the Launcher to access the portal.

The address of the portal is:

  • https://domainname/servername/apps/agile-factory for Agile Factory.
  • https://domainname/servername/apps/admin for the Administration console.
  • https://domainname/servername/apps/purchase for the Purchase Portal.
  • https://domainname/servername/apps/employee for the Web Portal.
  • https://domainname/servername/apps/settings for the Settings Portal.
  • https://domainname/servername/apps/support for the Help Desk Portal.
  • https://domainname/servername/apps/sales for the Sales Portal.
  • https://domainname/servername/apps/project for Project.

Note

To access the portal from the Launcher, the link to the application must be initialized from the Administration console. For more information, refer to Introduction to the Launcher.

2 Specify the ID in the User field and specify the Password. If needed, click on to show the password.
3 Click on Log in.

The portal opens.

Tip

Did you forget your password? In the login window, fill in the login in the User field and click on Forgot your password?, then confirm the password reset. An email will be sent so that you modify your login credentials.

If secondary users are linked to the account of the connected user, it is possible to connect to the portal as a secondary user.

1 Logging in to the portal as a main user.
2 Click on the connected user's picture in the upper bar then click on Secondary users.

A list containing the codes of the main and secondary users is displayed. The code of the connected user is shaded.

3 Click on the code of the secondary user of your choice.

The portal is updated and you are now logged in with the account of the user selected. The rights applied are those of the secondary user logged in.

Note

If the main user account is not linked to any secondary users, the Secondary users option is not displayed.

To log out from the portal, click on the connected user's picture in the header, then click on Logout.
