Searching for customers and prospects

The Sales Portal allows searching for customers and prospects based on certain search criteria.
The search screen of customers can be accessed from the Sales Portal in the CRM module > Customers menu.
Important
The partitioning by customer or company is checked when searching for and opening customers and prospects. If you are partitioned by company and/or by client:
- Search results will only contain customers and prospects included in your partitioning.
- From a hyperlink, you will be able to open the third-party only if you are partitioned on its company and/or the customer.

From the Customers menu, various searching methods are available depending on your needs.

Search results are then displayed in a table. These results can be used by employees to only display relevant information, for example by sorting the customers and prospects or exporting the results under Excel.

From the CRM module screens and the Action Manager screen in the Sales Portal, a Search for organizations / contacts bar is also available in the upper portal bar, allowing quick searches for customers and prospects.

This evolution requires enabling the following feature flag: Portail ventes Domain > Recherche Comptes Et Contacts Label.

From the search screen, click on in the Actions column to open a search result.
Tip
Ctrl+click on the icon allows you to open the object in a new tab of the browser.
