Quickly searching for organizations and contacts
Important
This evolution requires enabling the following feature flag: Portail ventes Domain > Recherche Comptes Et Contacts Label.
From the Sales Portal's CRM module screens and Action Manager screen, the Search for organizations / contacts quick search bar is located in the upper bar of the portal. This search bar is used to quickly search for and open customer, prospect and contact record sheets.
| 1 | In the search bar, specify at least 3 characters of one or more values among the following: |
- For customers: call name, code, SIREN number or phone number.
- For contacts: last name, first name, linked customer's call name, linked customer's code, phone number (landline, mobile, fax or job) or email address.
| 2 | Press Enter. |
The list of results is displayed.
Click on the desired result to open the record sheet.
