Issues are management objects used to request assistance, evolutions or bug fixing. Issues can be created directly by customers or internally.

All the necessary information is stored inside an issue record sheet in order to understand the context of the issue and work until its resolution.

Tip

Issue URL is unique and specific to each issue because the URL contain the issue number. Thus a issue URL can be shared to other users so they can open it.

The issue screen is split in 4 parts:

  • At the top, the Header banner of the issue.
  • On the left, the Context of the issue.
  • In the middle, the Activity feed.
  • On the right, a Task panel that can be shown or hidden. Managing tasks is not detailed in this chapter but in the chapter Tasks.
