Using rich text

For issues created from the Help Desk Portal and visible in the Customer Portal, rich text can be inserted, which means it is possible to insert text:

  • in color, italics or in bold;
  • in the form of bullet points, numbered or not.

Hyperlinks and images can be added directly inside the text areas.

Rich text can be inserted in the following locations:

  • the Description of an issue;
  • the Customer response;
  • the Internal information of a task;
  • direct messages.
