Using rich text
Important
This evolution requires enabling the feature flag Portail Support Domain > Texte riche Label.
This feature flag cannot be enabled then disabled like a regular feature flag. In fact, all texts inputted and imaged added with the feature flag enabled will no longer be displayed correctly with the feature flag disabled.
For issues created from the Help Desk Portal and visible in the Customer Portal, rich text can be inserted, which means it is possible to insert text:
- in color, italics or in bold;
- in the form of bullet points, numbered or not.
Hyperlinks and images can be added directly inside the text areas.
Rich text can be inserted in the following locations:
- the Description of an issue;
- the Customer response;
- the Internal information of a task;
- direct messages.
