Tasks
After creating an issue, a first input task is created automatically. After this task, other tasks must be created in order to process the issue and resolve it: qualification, development, quality control, etc.
A task represents a step to do in the context of the issue. It can be assigned to a work group or to a specific employee. Once the task is done, the employee can complete it and specify the next task so that another work group continues to process of the issue. To make timesheets easier to input once the task is completed, the employee can input their timesheet directly from the task.
From the issue, you can click on the Task switch at the top right of the screen in order to show or hide the tasks panel on the right.
The task you clicked on last is displayed in the panel. If you have not clicked on any task, the latest task in progress is displayed.
At the top left of the panel, the icon indicates the status of the task:
- The
icon indicates a task in progress.
- The
icon indicates a completed task.
