Navigating on Project

To log in to Project, specify your user name and password in the portal login page.

From the Project view, Employee view or Calendar, various search methods are available depending on your needs:

Depending on the criteria available in advanced search, three tabs can be displayed in the advanced search window in order to highlight three types of filters:
- Full filters: the resources matching the specified full filters are displayed. The scheduled items that do not match a full filter are displayed in the calendar but are shaded; a color border helps identify the type of item.
- The Employees filters: the employees filters allows you to display or hide the employees matching or not the specified filters.
- Schedule filters: the schedule filters hide the scheduled items that do not match the specified filters.

Saved searches are used to save a certain combination of filters in order to reuse them later.
