Searching for quotations

The Sales Portal is used to search for quotations based on specific search criteria.

The search screen of quotations can be accessed from the Sales Portal in the Sales module > Quotations.

Important

The partitioning by customer or company is checked when searching for objects and opening them. If you are partitioned by company and/or by client:

If you are partitioned by customer and/or company, search results will only contain objects from companies or customers on which you are partitioned.
From a hyperlink, you will be able to open the issue only if you are partitioned on its company and/or customer.

From the Quotations menu, various search methods are available depending on your needs.

Search results are then displayed in a table. These results can be used by employees to only display relevant information, for example by sorting the opportunities or exporting the results under Excel.
