A contact record sheet makes it possible to define a person’s information within a customer or a company, such as their identity, contact details, and the history of their actions.

Contact record sheets can be accessed from:

  • the Contacts tab of customer/prospect and opportunity record sheets.
  • the quick organization and contact search located in the Sales Portal's upper bar from the CRM module and the Action Manager screen.

When a contact record sheet is opened, the header banner is displayed at the top of the screen.

It contains the main information of the contact and gives access to different tabs:

Item Description
Title line

Displays the title, first name, last name and code of the contact.
Sub-title

Displays the name of the site and customer.

When the user has the 010104 PROSPECTING PROSPECTS SEARCH or 020104 SALES CUSTOMER SEARCH DMF, a hyperlink is displayed on the customer or prospect name. When clicking on the hyperlink, the customer record sheet opens on the Sales Portal in a new tab.
Contact's specific features

Displays the information checked from the header information > Specific features of the site, among:

  • Decision-maker
  • Main contact
  • Financial contact
  • Sales contact

Onglets

Several tabs are available on the contact sheet, depending on the needs.

Click on the desired tab to display it.

Contact details

Displays the contact's landline and mobile phone numbers and email address.

Clicking on the , and icons allows you to call the contact or send an email to them (see Contacting a contact by phone or email).

Several tabs are available on the left of the upper banner of the contact record sheet:

Tab Description
Header

Allows you to display header information and the left pane that contains the following information:

  • Quick accesses;
  • Linked documents.

Allows managing actions and displaying the history of the contact.
