A contact record sheet makes it possible to define a person’s information within a customer or a company, such as their identity, contact details, and the history of their actions.
Contact record sheets can be accessed from:
- the Contacts view of the customer/prospect and opportunity record sheets.
- the quick organization and contact search located in the Sales Portal's upper bar from the CRM module and the Action Manager screen.

This evolution requires enabling the following feature flag: Portail ventes Domain > Recherche Comptes Et Contacts Label.

When a contact record sheet is opened, the header banner is displayed at the top of the screen.
It contains the main information of the contact and gives access to different views:

| Title line |
Displays the title, first name, last name and code of the contact. |
| Sub-title | Displays the name of the site and customer. |

The customer or prospect record sheet screen can be displayed in different views depending on the need.
The available Views are displayed on the left of the upper banner of the customer or prospect record:
