Managing the Contacts view of a customer or prospect

Click on Contacts from the Views to display contacts linked to the opportunity.
This view is used to display the list of contacts in a table, to open the contact record sheets and to create new contacts at the customer or prospect.

| 1 | From the Contacts view, click on + New on the right. |
| 2 | Specify the information of the Identity section: |

| Title | Specify the contact's title. |
| Name | Specify the contact's last name. |
| First name | Specify the contact's first name. |
| Site | Specify the site to which the contact will be linked at the customer. |

| Phone number |
Specify the contact's country code and landline phone number. By default, the country code selected is the one corresponding to the country of the connected company. Click on the flag to open the drop-down list and select another country code. At the top of the drop-down list, a search field allows you to filter for the desired country. The selected country code will be automatically specified when the number is being entered. The country code can also be entered manually at the beginning of the number. Note If the number is saved without a country code, a globe icon is displayed instead of the flag. |

Specify the contact's country code and mobile phone number. By default, the country code selected is the one corresponding to the country of the connected company. | Decision-maker | Check the box if the contact is a decision-maker. |
| Financial contact |
Check the box if the contact is a financial contact. The contact will have access to the Invoices tab on the Customer Portal. |
| Main contact | Check the box if the contact is a main contact. |
| Sales contact | Check the box if the contact is a sales contact. |
| 5 | If needed, specify Notes in the Notes about the customer site section. |
| 6 | Click on Save. |
The contact is created and linked to the customer or prospect record sheet.
The record sheet of an existing contact can be opened in order to display all contact information and apply modification.
From the Contacts tab, click on in the Actions column of the desired contact.
