Akuiteo allows you to bill services carried out (for example a payslip or a final settlement) by tracking the produced quantities on services as well as the employee's timesheet entries. The produced quantities are then used for billing the customer, depending on the service produced.
Services are specified from a quotation containing service lines. A set up must be done beforehand from the Desktop Application. This service quotation must be Signed to specify services. Once the service is specified by the employee, it is sent to the manager so they can validate it and to bill it to the customer. The employee can modify the service at any time, as long as it has not been validated, denied or billed.
Important
