Akuiteo allows you to bill services carried out (for example a payslip or a final settlement) by tracking the produced quantities on services as well as the employee's timesheet entries. The produced quantities are then used for billing the customer, depending on the service produced.

Services are specified from a quotation containing service lines. This service quotation must be Signed to specify services. The related setup must also be done beforehand from the Desktop Application.

Once the service is specified by the employee, it is sent to the manager so they can validate it and to bill it to the customer. The employee can modify the service at any time, as long as it has not been validated, denied or billed by the manager.

Services are specified from the Employee module > Services menu.

At the top of the screen, a search interface allows you to filter the services to display.

The search interface of the screen can be hidden by clicking on . To display it again, click on .
