Creating a main contact

A main contact can be created directly from the Main contact field:
- in the header information of an opportunity;
- in the creation screen of an opportunity.

In the Main contact empty field, specify the last name then first name and click on on the right of the field. |

Specify the information of the Identity section: |
| Title
|
Specify the contact's title. |
| Name
|
Specify the contact's last name.
By default, the last name specified in the Main contact field is automatically specified.

| First name
|
Specify the contact's first name.
By default, the first name specified in the Main contact field is automatically specified.

Specify the information of the Contact details on customer site section: |
| Phone number
|
Specify the contact's landline phone number. |
| Cellphone
|
Specify the contact's cell phone number. |
| Email
|
Specify the contact's email address. |
|

Check the options desired in the Specifics about customer site section: |
| Decision-maker
|
Check the box if the contact is a decision-maker. |
| Financial contact
|
Check the box if the contact is a financial contact.
The contact will have access to the Invoices tab on the Customer Portal.

| Main contact
|
Check the box if the contact is a main contact. |
| Sales contact
|
Check the box if the contact is a sales contact. |

If needed, specify Notes in the Notes about the customer site section. |
The contact is created and specified in the Main contact field of the Header view. The contact is visible in the Contacts view of the opportunity.
