Searching for sprint cards

Various search methods are available depending on your needs:

  • Quick search from the issue number (complete or partial) in order to, then, open linked cards search from the issue (see Searching for sprint cards from issue).
  • Search using the search bar on a sprint.
  • Search by using the sprint cards search screen accessible from the Sprint cards menu.

From the screen of an issue, it is possible to search for all the sprint cards linked to the issue by clicking on the icon at the top right then on Search for linked cards. The search result is opened in a new tab in the browser.

From the cards search results, it is possible to view the sprint card details. When the user has the DMF 141302 HELPDESK ISSUES MODIFY or 142602 HELPDESK SIMPLIFIED ISSUE MODIFY, they can also modify this card.

1 From a search for cards in the Sprint cards menu, click on the icon in the Actions column of the relevant line.

The details of the card opens.

2 Click on the icon then on:
  • Open card in the sprint: to open the card in a new tab.
  • Open issue: to open the corresponding issue in a new tab.
3 Click on Close at the bottom of the card detail to close it and go back to search results.
