Searching for sprint cards

Various search methods are available depending on your needs:

  • Quick search from the issue number (complete or partial) in order to, then, open linked cards search from the issue (see Searching for sprint cards from issue).
  • Searching using search criteria added in quick access from the Settings Portal > Help Desk Portal > Sprint cards. The most used search criteria are then quickly accessible.
  • Advanced search from a dedicated search window that gathers all search criteria added in advanced search from the Settings Portal.

From the issue's screen, it is possible to launch a search in order to find all sprint cards linked to this issue.

From the issue, click on at the top right then on Search for linked cards. The search result is opened in a new tab in the browser. It is possible to open the details of a search results by clicking on the icon in the Actions column.

From the cards search results, it is possible to view the sprint card details. When the user has the 240107 DMF AGILE FACTORY BOARD MODIFY CARD, they can also modify this card.

1 Click on the icon in the Actions column of the desired line.

The details of the card opens.

2 Click on the icon then on:
  • Open card in Agile Factory: to open the card in Agile Factory in a new tab.
  • Open issue in Help Desk Portal: to open the corresponding issue in the Help Desk Portal in a new tab.
3 Click on Close at the bottom of the card detail to close it and go back to search results.
