The Help Desk module
This module meets the needs of a help-desk team, enables to manage an IT infrastructure and takes into account SLAs, Guaranteed response time and Guaranteed fault repair time.
Note
If the use of the Help Desk Portal is enabled from the Settings Portal, it is only possible to access the search and creation menus of simplified issues from the Help desk menu of the Desktop Application. Since this documentation mostly describes standard issues, please refer to Introduction to simplified issues for more information.
