Prerequisites:

  • The company must subscribe to Bsoft.
  • The V9FORMATION management rule must be enabled and the FORMATION_LIGHT pour activer la version Light field must be specified with the FORMATION_LIGHT value.
  • The FC_EMARG_ELEC management rule must be enabled.

Organizations allows you to organize training courses and sessions in order to easily find them in the dedicated Bsoft space. Indeed, Bsoft allows you to get a space for each organization. Organizations can be created on the ***** company or on the connection company.

Then, the Technical area specified for the synchronized organization allows you to indicate to which organization the course must be linked (see Using the Bsoft connector).

The organizations set up is available from Tools > Setup > Organizations > Organizations.

Field Description
Code

Specify a code for the organization
Label Specify a label for the organization.
Token

Specify a Token for the organization. The Token allows you to establish a connection between Akuiteo and the Bsoft connector. The Token is given by Bsoft when subscribing to their service.

Click on Test at the right of the field to check if the token specified is correct and is connected to Bsoft.
Technical area

Select from the help list the technical area to which the organization must be linked to. One technical area can be specified for each organization.

Trainers

Select from the help list the trainers of the organization.

In order to synchronize training courses and sessions to the organization, it is required to synchronize each organization to the Bsoft connector.

1 From the relevant organization, go to Edit > Synchronize.
2 Confirm the action.

The organization and the trainers linked to it are synchronized and can be seen in Bsoft.

Note

If a trainer is part of multiple organizations in Akuiteo, then they will be created mutliple times in Bsoft.
