ImportReleveBancaire batch

In order to avoid importing manually each bank statement file, Akuiteo allows you to import automatically these files by using the ImportReleveBancaire batch.

When creating the batch, select ImportReleveBancaire in the Batch template drop-down list.

When the batch is started, Akuiteo imports the bank statements located in the FTP directory specified in the FTP_CHEMIN batch parameter.

When a bank statement is imported by the batch, it is moved to the directory specified in the FTP_CHEMIN_ARCH parameter and therefore is no longer visible in the directory defined in the FTP_CHEMIN parameter.

Imported bank statements are managed from Accounting > Bank reconciliation > Bank statement management.

If the feature flag is disabled, this parameter is ignored.

When the parameter is set to True, customer receipts are automatically created for bank transfers and are charged to their respective invoice.

This parameter applies only to statement lines that have the following characteristics:

  • The line type is VI (Bank transfer);
  • The amount of the line must be a credit;
  • The third-party must be a customer;
  • The customer and the invoice for the line must be automatically identified during import.

When a line meets these conditions during the import, the following steps are then performed automatically for that line:

  • A customer receipt is created and booked automatically;
  • The statement line is reconciled with the entry generated from the booking;
  • The receipt is charged to the customer invoice determined while importing.
