EvaluationRelance batch
The EvaluationRelance batch is used to send dunning emails to people who have not completed the evaluation questionnaire of a session.
Before setting up the batch:
- A dunning template must be set up (see Creating a dunning template).
- A dunning template must be specified on the desired sessions (see Entering the evaluation information on a session).
When creating the batch, select EvaluationRelance in the Batch template drop-down list.
When the batch is started, it checks that participants have completed their evaluation questionnaire. If one or more participants have not completed it, the batch sends a dunning email to each one of them.
The batch can also close an evaluation period if the following conditions are met:
- The Number of days to close the survey after the final reminder set up in the dunning template has passed (see Creating a dunning template).
- The minimum delay between the start of the evaluation period and the closure has passed. This delay corresponds to the
DELAIparameter of the batch.
If all participants have completed it, the batch automatically closes the evaluation period of the session during the execution, even if the trainer has not completed the questionnaire.
The parameters in the following table correspond only to the parameters specific to the EvaluationRelance batch.
