EvaluationInvitation batch

Prerequisite

Questionnaire and email templates must be specified in the desired session (see Entering the evaluation information on a session).

Batch behavior

When creating the batch, select EvaluationInvitation in the Batch template drop-down list.

When the batch is started, it determines whether it sends an invitation email depending on the session's evaluation period start date and the DELAI parameter of the batch. The delay corresponds to the desired number of days before the evaluation period start. When this delay is started, the batch can send invitation emails during its execution.

Once recipients receive the invitation email and the evaluation period is open, they can click on the link included in the email in order to complete the evaluation questionnaire.

Questionnaire and invitation email templates used are the ones entered in the Evaluation tab of the corresponding session.

The parameters in the following table correspond only to the parameters specific to the EvaluationInvitation batch.
