Searching for and sorting tasks to be scheduled
In the Tasks to be scheduled pane, you can search for one or multiple specific tasks.
A search interface is available at the top of the Tasks to be scheduled panel. It is possible to add search criteria in quick access. Search criteria are pre-filled according to the search fields specified at the top of the screen to display schedules.
Example
The Customer search criteria is specified for the schedules search. When starting the schedules search, the Customer criteria will also be specified in the Tasks to be scheduled panel in order to only display tasks to be scheduled on this customer.
Search for the task(s) of your choice by specifying the first three letters of the task(s) in the search field . The list automatically displays the relevant tasks.
In the drop-down list of the icon, select the sorting type to apply. The tasks will then be sorted based on the sorting option that was applied. Click on
to sort the tasks in ascending or alphabetical order, or click on
to sort the tasks in descending or reversed alphabetical order. The sorting order is applied to the groupings.
Example
