Rescheduling scheduled items
It is possible to reschedule one or multiple scheduled items from the context menu, or to move a scheduled item directly in the calendar.
If an item is moved to a not worked day and is not allowed on Saturdays, Sundays or national holidays, then that item will be automatically transferred to the next worked day. Similarly, if an item is scheduled for several days, it can be dissociated into several scheduled items if necessary.
Note
A scheduled item linked to a leave project cannot be rescheduled.

| Dissociate schedule |
Note It is impossible to dissociate if you are rescheduling multiple scheduled items. When rescheduling, a scheduled item can be dissociated to only reschedule a portion of the item's duration. To dissociate the scheduled item, check the Dissociate schedule box then fill in the following durations (in days):
By default, the Days to keep and Days to reschedule fields are each filled in with half of the duration of the original schedule. Important In order to dissociate, the total duration of the dissociated items must be equal to the duration of the original scheduled item. |
| At a specific date |
Select At a specific date to reschedule the scheduled item(s) at a specific Date. If you have selected several items, you can choose:
Example You have selected 2 scheduled items, one scheduled on a Monday and the other one scheduled on a Wednesday. You reschedule these items by selecting the following options: At a specific date and First item starting on. In the Date field, you specify Tuesday the 27th. The first scheduled item will be rescheduled on Tuesday the 27th and the second one on Thursday the 29th. |
| With a recurrence |
Select With a recurrence if you want the scheduled item to be rescheduled based on a recurrence (year, quarter, month, week or day) and the number of times set up by the user. To do so, specify the Number of repetitions and choose the type of recurrence in the drop-down list of the Type of recurrence field. Example You reschedule an item scheduled on October 5, 2020. You choose With a recurrence and specify 2 and Year(s) in the Number of repetitions and Type of recurrence fields, respectively. The scheduled item is therefore rescheduled on October 5, 2021 and is also repeated on October 5, 2022. If you have selected several items on several different days, then the range between the selected items will be kept during the rescheduling. |
