Dissociating a scheduled item

A scheduled item can be dissociated, meaning it can be split into several scheduled items. For example, this feature can be used to split one day of a scheduled item to plan it on other days.
| 1 | In the calendar, right-click on a scheduled item and click on Dissociate. |
The dissociation window opens and, by default, suggests dissociating the item into two.

| 3 | Modify the duration of each item. |
Important
The total duration of the dissociated items must be equal to the duration of the original scheduled item.

Set the interval at which the scheduled items will be created:
Example You dissociate an item scheduled on October 4, 2020 into 3 items. You specify 2 in the Every field and you check Month(s). When dissociating, 3 scheduled items will be created with a 2-month interval:

Define whether or not the days not worked of an employee must be taken into account by checking the Allow on Saturdays, Allow on Sundays and Allow on national holidays boxes. The scheduled item is dissociated based on the specified information. Remaining information from the original schedule is kept as is on all created items.
