Creating by copying and pasting scheduled items
One or more existing scheduled items can be copied and pasted to another desired location in the calendar.
| 1 | From the Project view, Employee view and Calendar menus, select the desired scheduled items and press CTRL + C. |
The selected scheduled items are outlined with dotted lines.
| 2 | Click on the calendar cell where you want the scheduled items to be duplicated and press CTRL + V. |
The scheduled items are copied and pasted.
Tip
The copied scheduled items can be pasted as many times as needed, as long as the selection is not cleared.
