Defining information displayed in opportunity cards
The CRM_ENTETE_CARTES management rule allows you to define information displayed in opportunities carts, available in the Kanban view from the Pipeline menu in the CRM module.
When the management rule is enabled, information displayed are the one defined in the management rule. If the management rule is disabled, information displayed are the default information.
Specify the following parameters in the management rule:

| Content to display on the first line and in overview |
Specify the codes of the fields to display on the first line of the opportunity card in condensed view. By default, the Call name of the customer or prospect is displayed in the first line of the opportunity card. Example If you specify CODE_CLIENT, the first line of the opportunity will display: C246 |
| Content to display after in detailed view |
Specify the codes of the fields to display in the detailed view only. By default, the Call name of the opportunity is displayed in detailed view. Example If you specify DATE_SIGNATURE_PREV, the second line of the card will display: 10/01/2025. |
| Content to display when hovering over the card |
Specify the codes of the fields to display when hovering over the card. By default, the Customer code, Call name and Opportunity code - Opportunity call name are displayed when hovering over the card. Example If you specify the CODE_CLIENT, NOM_APPEL_OPPORTUNITE, the tooltip will display: C246, AKUITEO-CONTRAT-SAAS. |
