Sending a quotation for electronic signature

This feature requires the feature flag Portail ventes Domain > Signature Electronique Des Devis Web Label.
Akuiteo interfaces with the Universign API to allow quotations to be sent by email to a customer's contacts and company employees for electronic signature.
Important
To use electronic signature for quotations:
- The connection with Universign must be configured and enabled in Administration console.
- Electronic signature must be enabled for quotations.

Prerequisites:
- On-going modifications on the quotation must be saved.
- At least one Quotations or Quotation list report template must be created.
- The quotation must be in the Validated state.

| Signatories |
Specify the recipients who must sign the quotation. By default, the recipients specified are active contacts defined as quotation recipients at the main customer. The help list displays:

Specify the people to be copied on the email. The help list displays the same contacts as those available in the Signatories field. |

The template reports available are shared editions such as Quotation and Quotation list type. The template reports available are shared editions such as Quotation and Quotation list type. The template used by default is the one of the Quotation type checked By default with the lowest rank number. |

The quotation is then sent for electronic signature. The Pending signature status is displayed at the top of the quotation.
To view the history of Universign transactions for the quotation, go to at the top of the quotation and select Electronic signatures tracking. This feature also allows users to view past Universign transactions that failed, were cancelled, expired, etc.
