Modifying an opportunity

1 From the Header tab of the opportunity, click on the field to be modified.
2 Modify the desired information.
3 Click on Save.

The opportunity is modified.

010219 PROSPECTING OPPORTUNITIES BATCH UPDATE

Important

This feature requires enabling the feature flag Transverse domain > Adoption Crm label.

1 From the search results of the opportunities, select the opportunities to be modified.
2 Click on at the right of the + Opportunity button then select the Modify selected opportunities option.
3 From the window used to modify multiple rates:
  • To modify multiple issues of one of the fields, enable the switch corresponding to the field and specify the new value.
  • To reinitialize a field to zero, enable the switch but keep the field empty.
4 When the fields are filled in, click Validate.

The values specified in the enabled fields are modified for selected opportunities.

This feature requires enabling the feature flag Transverse domain > Adoption Crm label.

1 From the opportunities search results, select the opportunities for which the dates must be rescheduled.
2 Click on at the right of the + Opportunity button and select the Reschedule dates of selected opportunities option.
3 Specify the fields matching the desired reschedule:
Field Description
At a specific date Select this option to select the Date to which the date must be rescheduled.
Period

Select this option to define the duration after which the date must be rescheduled. Then specify the Number and the Period type.

Example

To reschedule the date in 3 months:

  • Select Period,
  • Specify 3 in Number;
  • Select Month(s) in the Period drop-down list.

Tip

You can specify a negative Number in order to reschedule the date in the past. For example, specify -2 and select Month(s) to reschedule the date 2 months earlier.

Note

When a Period rescheduling is specified for the Period start, you can select the Reschedule period start and end option for the Start of production box if you want to apply the same rescheduling the to the Period end.
Do not reschedule Select this option to not reschedule the date.
4 Click on Validate.

The dates are rescheduled.
