Creating prospects

A prospect can be created:

A prospect can only be turned into a customer from the Desktop Application.
| 1 | From the search screen of the Customers menu, click on + Prospect on the right of the screen. |

| Code |
Specify the unique code of the prospect. If you leave this field empty, the code will be determined automatically based on the setup of automatic numbering of prospects defined in the Desktop Application > Tools > Setup > General setup > Company > Third-party and reconciliation account numbering > Prospect section. If the automatic numbering of prospects is disabled, the prospect code must be specified manually. |
| Call name | Specify the call name of the prospect. |
| Legal name | Specify the full name of the prospect. |
| Name (continuation) | Specify the additional name of the prospect. |
| SIRET |
Specify the SIRET number of the prospect. If the SIRENE API is configured, click on

| SIREN |
Specify the SIREN number of the prospect. If the SIRENE API is configured, click on

Specify the account manager in charge of the prospect. The help list displays:

| 3 | Specify the information of the My quick accesses section. This section corresponds to the general information fields and custom data. |

By default, no fields are visible in the My quick accesses section. To add fields to the section:
- Click on
.
On the left, the list contains fields available to be added in quick access. On the right, the list contains fields added in quick access. - Drag and drop a field from one list to the other to add it in quick access or remove it from quick access. To add or remove all fields at once, click on the
or
icon.
- Click on Apply.
The fields added are visible in this section when creating other

The prospect is created. At the top of the screen, the prospect is in the Draft prospect state.
Prerequisite: The automatic numbering of prospects must be enabled and set up from the Desktop Application > Tools > Setup > General setup > Company > Third-party and reconciliation account numbering > Prospect section.
From an opportunity being created or modified in the CRM module > Pipeline or in the Sales module > Opportunities, specify the call name of the prospect to be created in the Prospect / Customer field and click on .
The prospect is created. The prospect's code is determined based on the automatic numbering of prospects. Click on
on the right of the field to open the prospect record sheet in a new tab.
