Sprint cards

Important
The Sprints menu requires enabling the feature flag Portail support domain > Sprints label.
Cards represent development tasks and are grouped in user stories (US) inside a sprint. Two menus can be used to manage sprint cards:
- Sprints to manage cards in their corresponding sprints.
- Sprint cards to search for cards and perform certain actions on multiple cards.
