Completing tasks

141302 HELPDESK ISSUES MODIFY or 142602 HELPDESK SIMPLIFIED ISSUE MODIFY

Prerequisites:

  • The internal info or customer info must be specified (The customer info can only be specified from the Desktop Application).
  • The next task must be specified, unless if there is at least one other task already in progress.

Important

Once the task over, it is not possible to undo the end of the task so it can become in progress again. It is necessary to recreate a task.

When the employee assigned to the task has done working on their task, they can finish it:

1 From the issue, open the desired task.
2 At the bottom of the task, click on Complete.

Note

if you have not inputted your timesheets on the task, a warning message is displayed. Click on Yes is you want to finish the task either way.

The task is finished:

  • The next task automatically opens if it is not already created.
  • In the activity feed and the task panel, the icon indicates that the task is completed.
