DMF |
141309 HELPDESK ISSUES CLOSE or 142623 HELPDESK SIMPLIFIED ISSUE MODIFY STATUSES |
Prerequisite: Tasks in progress must be filled in (ex: internal information specified).
An issue can be closed internally in order to indicate that the issue is resolved and/or must not receive any further processing.
To close an issue, click on at the top right of the issue.
- The date and time of closure is set to the date and time of clicking.
- The issue's status will be the default status with the Closed internally type.
- The issue's state will be the state set up by default for the applied Closed internally status.
- The resolution and/or the external closure will be automatically specified if it was not already the case.
- Tasks that were not completed will be completed automatically.
If you want to cancel the closure of the issue or modify the closure information (ex: closure date and time), you need to do it from the edit window of the issue statuses (see Modifying issue statuses). It is also possible to close an issue from this window.
