Managing Project search criteria

The search fields available in each module of Project are set up beforehand from the Project menu of the Settings Portal.
The Project menu displays the list of all criteria available on the schedule screens of Project. So, it is possible to check the search criteria to add on the planning screens of Project in order to be available in quick access and / or in advanced search.
The search criteria setup can be done by company or directly on the ***** company.
To access the search criteria setup of Project, click on the Project tab on the left of the Settings Portal. The menu contains the following sub-menus matching the setup of the search fields of the various schedules screens of Project:
- Schedule by project matching the Project view menu;
- Schedule by employee matching the Employee view menu;
- Timestamped schedule (displayed only is the
PLG_HORODATE
management rule is enabled) matching the Timesheets and schedules menu.

The search criteria of the Project can be set up by company or directly on the ***** company.
The criteria set up on the ***** company are applied by default to all other available companies in Akuiteo, unless there is a specific setup available for a company. A user who logs into the Project has access to the search criteria set up for their company first or, if there is no specific setup, the user has access to the search criteria set up for the ***** company.
The setup for several companies are available from the tabs, at the top of the search criteria screen of the module. By default, only the ***** tab is displayed.

2 | In the window, select a Company from the drop-down list. This list displays all the companies set up in Akuiteo that do not yet have a specific setup. |
3 | Click on Validate then on Save at the bottom of the screen. |
A new tab is added for the specific setup of the selected company. By default, all criteria checked in quick access or in advanced search are retrieved from the ***** company but can be modified.

2 | Click on Delete the company setup at the top right of the screen then confirm the deletion. |
The specific setup is deleted. The setup used for this company will be the setup of the ***** company.

The criteria search setup is done the same way, whether the relevant company. For each criterion, you can choose:
- if it is available in quick access;
- if it is only available in the advanced search;
- if it is hidden from the relevant schedule screen in the Project.
The table displays the list of all criteria available for the search in the relevant module.
The search field at the top of the table allows you to search a criterion on its name, its type and its category. Specify the searched term(s) (from a character) then press Enter to run the search.
The criteria search table contains the following columns:
Column | Description |

Label | The search field label or the custom data label. |
Type | Type of data to specify in the criterion, for example, a box to check or a date. |
Category | Criterion location in the advanced search window on the Project (tab > section). |
Quick access |
Check Quick access to show the criterion in the quick accesses of a module in the Project. The criterion will not be added directly as a shortcut for the search on the schedule screen, but it will be added among the criteria available in the Quick access function of Project. Each user can decide to add this criterion as a shortcut on their search interface. When a criterion is checked in Quick access, the Advanced search is automatically checked and cannot be unchecked. Thus, a criterion available in quick access will also be available in advanced search. |

Check Advanced search to add the criterion in the advanced search window of a module of the Project. The criterion will be available in the advanced search window, at the location (tab > section) indicated in the Category column. |
Click on the Save button at the bottom of the screen to take into account all setup modification.
Note
A criterion not checked in Quick access not in Advanced search will not be displayed in the relevant schedule screen of Project.
