In the context of services, teams are used to define employees in charge of the services in question. A team can be associated with a sold product or a line on the quotation containing service lines. When the employee declares services from the Web Portal > Employee > Services, they can use the filter in the Service field to only find services on which their team is defined.

Teams setup is available from the Sales tab on the left of the Settings Portal, then in Services > Teams.

The setup for several companies are available from the tab, at the top of the teams screen. By default, the ***** tab is the only one displayed.

To set up a company other than the ***** company, click on the + tab and select the desired company.

1 From the teams screen, click on the + tab at the top.
2 In the window, select a Company from the drop-down list. This list displays all the companies set up in Akuiteo that do not yet have a specific setup.
3 Click on Validate.

A new tab is added for the specific setup of the selected company.

Important

The deletion of the specific setup of a company deletes all the teams set up for the company.

1 From the teams screen, click on the tab of the relevant company.
2 Click on Delete setup at the top right of the screen, then confirm the deletion.

The specific setup is deleted.

1 From the teams screen, click on the tab of the company on which the team will be added.
2 On the right of the Teams management table, click on + Team.
3 Specify the fields:
Field Description
Code Specify a code for the team.
Label Specify a label for the team.
End date Specify an end date for the team. When the end date has passed, the team can no longer be used.
This field is not required.
Resource From the help list, select the employees to include in the team.
4 Click on Validate, then on:
  • Save to create only one team.
  • Save and create another to create the team and create another team.

The team is added.

1 From the teams screen, click on in the header of the desired team.
2 Apply the desired modifications and save.

The team is modified.

Important

Deleting a team cannot be reversed.

From the teams screen, click on in the header of the desired team and confirm the deletion.
