In the context of services, teams are used to define employees in charge of the services in question. A team can be associated with a sold product or a line on the quotation containing service lines. When the employee declares services from the Web Portal > Employee > Services, they can use the filter in the Service field to only find services on which their team is defined.

Teams setup is available from the Sales tab on the left of the Settings Portal, then in Services > Teams.
