Managing notification emails

This feature requires the feature flag Portail achats Domain > Parametrage Notifications Label.
Notification rules allow you to define the employees of the company who must receive a notification email when a temporary invoice is imported in Akuiteo, manually or with the DematReceptionFacturesAchat batch. The DematNotification batch allows you to send notifications to the relevant employees.

The notification setup is available from the Settings Portal > Purchase > Temporary invoices > Notifications.
The setups for the different companies are accessible by tab at the top of the notifications screen. By default, the ***** tab is the only one displayed.
The setup of notification rules on the ***** company is not available. You have to add a specific setup to a company in order to set up notification rules.
If there is no rule for a company, no email is sent.
| 1 | From the notifications screen, click on the + tab at the top of the screen. |
| 2 | In the window, select a Company from the drop-down list then validate. This list displays all the companies set up in Akuiteo that do not yet have a specific setup. |
| 3 | Click on Save at the bottom of the screen. |
A new tab is added for the specific setup on the selected company.
Important
The deletion of the specific setup of a company deletes all the notification rules set up for the company.
| 1 | From the notifications screen, click on the tab of the relevant company. |
| 2 | Click on Delete setup at the top right of the screen, then confirm the deletion. |
The specific setup is deleted.
| 1 | From the notifications screen, click on the tab of the company on which the rule will be added. |
| 2 | On the right of the Notifications table, click on + Notification rule. |
| 3 | Under the Conditions section, specify the fields: |
| Field | Description |

| Start date | Specify a start date for the rule. |
| End date | Specify an end date for the rule. |
| Min amount |
Specify a minimal pre-tax amount for the rule. The rule will be applied on each imported purchase invoice for which the amount is superior to the amount specified. The amount specified must be different from 0. |
| Max amount |
Specify a maximal pre-tax amount for the rule. The rule will be applied on each imported purchase invoice for which the amount is inferior to the amount specified. |
| Product families |
Select from the drop down list the families of purchased products impacted by this rule. Only the product families setup on the relevant company and the ***** company are displayed in this list. |
| Product sub-families |
Select from the drop down list the sub-families of purchased products impacted by this rule. Only the product sub-families setup on the relevant company and the ***** company are displayed in this list. When the Product families are selected, this list is filtered and only display the matching sub-families. |
| Products |
Select from the drop down list the purchased products impacted by this rule. Only the products setup on the relevant company and the ***** company are displayed in this list. |
| Suppliers |
Select from the drop down list the suppliers impacted by this rule. Only the suppliers setup on the relevant company and the ***** company are displayed in this list. |

| Employees |
Select from the drop down list the employees who are recipients of the notification emails. Only the employees of the relevant company are displayed in this list. |
| Managers |
Select from the drop down list the managers who are recipients of the notification emails. Only the managers of the project of the imported invoice line will receive an email. |
| Profiles |
Select from the drop down list the users profiles who are recipients of the notification emails. Users profiles are set up from Tools > Setup > General setup > Security > User profile management. |
| 5 | Click on Validate, then on: |
- Save to create only one rule.
- Save and create another to create the rule and create another rule.
The rule is added.

The rule is modified.
Important
The deletion rule cannot be reversed.
From the notifications screen, click on at the right of the line and confirm the deletion.
