Introduction to the Settings Portal

The Settings Portal is a web interface dedicated to the setup of the search fields in Akuiteo.

It is used to:

• Set up projects links and journals links for the temporary invoices in the Purchase Portal. These links are rules that allows you to define the projects and journals that will be specified by default in the temporary invoices after an import.
• set up validation rules for bank details on the Manager module of the Web Portal.
• enable or disable the target scheduled rates on Project.
