Setting up the TPS_INCREMENT_PWC management rule

The TPS_INCREMENT_PWC management rule is used to add an increment feature to quickly add or subtract a certain number of minutes in the duration of a timesheet in the Employee module > Timesheets & schedules menu (see Quickly modify the duration of a timesheet).

Note

The TPS_INCREMENT_PWC management rule is only available for the employees with the time input method Hours.Minutes.

To use the increment feature, enable the TPS_INCREMENT_PWC management rule from the Desktop Application > Tools > Setup > General setupSpecific parameters > Management rules and specify the information:

Field Description
Number of minutes

Specify the number of minutes corresponding to the desired increment.

Example

If I specify 30, the proposed increment will be 30 minutes.

Number of multiples to show in the menu

Specify the number of multiples of the increment to display when using the increment feature from the calendar.

Example

If I specify 5 and the Number of minutes is 30, the proposed increments will be: 30, 60, 90, 120, 150.

Specify 0 if you want to hide the list and only display one increment option.

By default, when the parameter is empty, 4 multiples are displayed.
