Setting up the portal

The portal must be set up from the Desktop Application to be used correctly. The setup is specific for each module of the portal.

The following DMF is required to use the portal:
- 19**** WEB PORTAL

The following DMF is required to use the interactive personal dashboard:
- 1922** WEB PORTAL IDB IDB

From the Desktop Application:
- Set up leave types (paid leaves, additional rest days, and so on) for each employee record sheet.
- Set up report templates to be able to publish timesheets, schedules and expense reports.

The TPS_INCREMENT_PWC
management rule is used to add an increment feature to quickly add or subtract a certain number of minutes in the duration of a timesheet in the Employee module > Timesheets & schedules menu (see Quickly modify the duration of a timesheet).
Note
The TPS_INCREMENT_PWC
management rule is only available for the employees with the time input method Hours.Minutes.
To use the increment feature, enable the TPS_INCREMENT_PWC
management rule from the Desktop Application > Tools > Setup > General setup > Specific parameters > Management rules and specify the information:

Number of minutes |
Specify the number of minutes corresponding to the desired increment. Example If I specify 30, the proposed increment will be 30 minutes. |
Number of multiples to show in the menu |
Specify the number of multiples of the increment to display when using the increment feature from the calendar. Example If I specify 5 and the Number of minutes is 30, the proposed increments will be: 30, 60, 90, 120, 150. Specify 0 if you want to hide the list and only display one increment option. By default, when the parameter is empty, 4 multiples are displayed. |

To access the preferences, click on the connected user's picture in the header, then click on Preferences.
Calendar
This preference is used to customize the agenda of the user logged in:

Ratio in % of the column view to scale | Allows you to display the whole screen, without having to scroll in order to visualize all the scheduled items and timesheets. This ratio can be set up from 50 % to 200 % according to the user's needs. |
Photo display format
This preference allows you to choose what is displayed in the columns related to employees, namely the Assigned to, Created by, Modified by columns in the search results tables, among the following options:
- Photo only - Allows you to only display the user's photo;
- Photo, First name and Last name - Allows you to display the user's photo, first name and last name;
- First name and Last name - Allows you to display the user's first name and the last name.

From the Desktop Application, set up report templates to be able to display them in the Reports menu.
