Validating a scheduled item means that the Validated box is checked in the item form. This box cannot be manually checked in the form. Once checked, the scheduled item can no longer be modified or deleted.
A scheduled item can be validated only if the employee assigned is not a resource linked to the project. However, if the planner has the DMF 250116, the employee is automatically added as a resource on the project when creating a scheduled item and then, it is possible to validate this item.
