Rescheduling a scheduled item
A scheduled item can be rescheduled to another date directly in the calendar or from the context menu.
Note
The PLG_AUTORISER_LES management rule is not taken into account from the Web Portal. A scheduled item can always be rescheduled to Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays.
By drag and drop

Note
Validated schedules cannot be rescheduled by drag and drop.
A scheduled item can be quickly rescheduled to another day of the week by drag and drop.
| 1 | From the Timesheets & schedules menu, display the desired week from the List or Column display. |
| 2 | Drag and drop the  icon from the schedule to the desired day. |
The scheduled item is rescheduled.
From the context menu

From the context menu, a scheduled item can be rescheduled even if it has been validated.
| 1 | From the Timesheets & schedules menu, display the desired week from the List, Column or Table display. |
| 2 | Click on  on the block or the line of the scheduled item to reschedule, then on Reschedule. |
| 3 | Select the date to which the scheduled item will be rescheduled and click Validate. |
The scheduled item is rescheduled.
