Activity overview
Important
This feature requires the following feature flag: Portail Collaborateur domain > Employee Activity label.
The Activity overview menu allows you to quickly see the timesheets and scheduled items of the employee in a table view.
Timesheets are identified by the icon and scheduled items by the
icon.

Timesheets and scheduled items are managed from the Employee module > Timesheets & schedules menu. For more information, see Timesheets and Schedules.
The timesheets are managed in the same way than the schedules. However, time blocks represent blocks of working time that the connected employee has actually done whereas schedule is used to plan the work days of the employee.
The Activity overview menu is available from the Employee module > Activity overview menu.


Prerequisites:
- The timesheet must not be completed/reviewed.
- The scheduled item must not be validated.

The timesheet or scheduled item is duplicated and is displayed in the table.

The scheduled item is transferred into timesheets. The
icon in the Type column changes and becomes the
icon.

The form of the expense opens. The customer and project/phase/sub-phase specified in the timesheets are automatically retrieved.
2 | In the input window, specify the information. |
3 | Click on Save. |
The expense is created and is added to the relevant expense report in the Expense reports menu.

A quick entry is a template created from a time entry and retrieved the same criteria. The connected employee only has to change the values that are different to create their new time entry, instead of having to fill in the same information again.
Important
You cannot modify or delete a quick entry from the Activity overview menu. You can make these actions from the Employee module > Timesheets & schedules menu (see Managing quick entries).

2 | Specify the Label for this quick entry then click on Validate. |
The quick entry is created and can be used to enter timesheets from the Timesheets & schedules menu. Information relative to the original timesheet are saved in the quick entry and will be pre-filled when creating a time entry from this quick entry.

Important
Deleting a timesheet or a scheduled item cannot be reversed.
Prerequisite: Timesheet must not be validated.
