Publishing and accessing a schedule

The Schedules menu allows you to see tasks linked to projects that employees must do on a certain time. Various views are available in order to visualize the schedule on a given period. For the employee schedule to be visible from the Customer Portal, it must be published from the Desktop Application or Project.

Schedules must be published from the Desktop Application or Project in order to be visible on the Customer Portal.
From the Schedule tab, several actions are available:
- Month / Week / Day / List: display the schedule over a given period
- Arrows
: display the schedule, from the previous or next week to the one displayed on the screen.
In Event, on the right, you can see the details about a schedule's assignment.

To quickly find a scheduled item, you can enter a text in the search box.
The search is performed on the text displayed on the screen.

With the items on the left, you can filter per Project, Task, Contributor, place or period.
