Table texts
Table texts are predefined texts that can be quickly inserted in a field where the cursor is placed. The purpose of this feature is to be able to quickly insert texts used regularly instead of writing them again or copy-pasting.

Table texts families are categories that allows you to group table texts.
Set them up in Tools > Setup > General Setup > Sales > Table text families.

Code | Give a unique code to the table texts family. |
Label | Enter a label to name the table texts family. |
Type |
Specify a domain in which the table texts families will be used: PURCHASES: table texts can be used in the Purchases module. HELP DESK: table texts can be used in the Help desk and Help Desk Portal modules. HELP DESK: table texts can be used in the Sales and Sales Portal modules. |

Table texts family is saved.

Table texts are setup in Tools > Setup > General Setup > Sales > Table texts.

Code | Enter the unique code of the table text. |
Label | Enter the label to name the table text. |
Family |
Enter the family of the table text. Reference To create a table texts family, see Creating table texts family. |
Language |
Enter the table text language. The help list displays the languages created in Akuiteo. |
End date |
Enter the date on which the table text will no longer be valid/ After this date, the table text will no longer be displayed in the help lists and inserted. |
Text |
Enter the content of the table text. It is the text that will be inserted when using the table text. |
