Color indicators

When the CLIPRO_COULEUR management rule is enabled, up to 3 color indicators can be associated with each customer record sheet. Those colors give additional information on customers and their meanings are specific to each company (ex: customer's reliability).

To define color indicators on a customer record sheet, color indicators must be set up beforehand.

1 Go to the Desktop Application > Tools > Setup > General setup > Sales > Customer color option management and click on .
2 Specify the information:
Field Description
Code Identify the color using a unique code.
Rank # Specify the rank number of the color indicator.
Label Specify the label of the color code.
Color Click on the colored sticker to open the color chart. Choose the desired color or set your own customized color, then click on OK.
By default Check this box if you want the color indicator to be applied by default when creating a new customer or prospect.
3 Save.
