Calendar

The calendar allow you to define national holidays for the whole company. This setup can be done on the ***** company or on each company independently.

This setup is available from Tools > Setup > General setup > Regional parameters > Calendar.

Field Description
Code Specify a code.
Label Specify a label.
Default calendar Check this box to indicate this is the default calendar of the company.

Under the Days NOT worked section, checked non worked days of the week for the whole company.

Under the Other non business days section, click on at the right of the section and specify the following fields:

Field Description
Date Select from the calendar the date of the non worked day to add.
Day type The specify the reason for which the day is not a working day.

Tip

To easily add national holidays, click on . In the window, specify the desired year in the Year field, click on then click on Validate.
