Years

DMF	060623 PROJECT SETUP YEARS

Years are used in Akuiteo for projects and labor planning. The year allows you to link a project to a specific year.

This setup is available from Tools > Setup > General setup > Projects > Years.

Field	Description
Code	Specify a code for the year.
Label	Specify a label for the year.
Previous year	From the help list, select the previous year.
Valid until	Specify an expiration date. When the end date has passed, the year can still be link to a project. However, it is not possible to perform a multiple duplication on the projects linked to this year.
Disabled	Specify an expiration date. When the end date has passed, it does no longer appears in the help lists of the Year field.
Recurring (Linked projects that can be duplicated by batch)	Check this box so the year is applied to linked projects that can be duplicated by batch.
