RecupFeuillesCollectivesBSOFT batch

The Bsoft connector allows the participants to access the sign-in sheet in electronic format by scanning a QR code or clicking a link provided. Akuiteo allows you to interface with Bsoft in order to synchronize training courses and sessions then retrieve sign-in sheets signed electronically by participants.

The RecupFeuillesCollectivesBSOFT batch allows retrieving sign-in sheets for training sessions completed and signed via the Bsoft connector and merging them into a single document, unlike the RecupFeuillesIndividuellesBSOFT batch, which retrieves individual sign-in sheets without merging them.

When creating the batch, select RecupFeuillesCollectivesBSOFT in the Batch template drop-down list.

When executed, the batch imports all sign-in sheets related to the technical domain synchronized with Bsoft and merges them into a single document.

This document is then available in the training session record sheet > Linked documents tab.

At the end of the batch execution, an email with the list of processed sessions is automatically sent to the managers defined in the DESTINATAIRES batch parameter.

The parameters in the following table correspond only to the parameters specific to the RecupFeuillesCollectivesBSOFT batch.

Recipients of the email containing the list of processed sessions.

The following codes are available and correspond to the fields in the Managers section of a session (Desktop Application > Training > Sessions then Session tab > Managers section):

  • RESP_SESSION ;
  • RESP_COM ;

  • RESP_PRODUCTION ;
  • FORMATEUR.

To select multiple recipients, separate the codes by ";".

At the end of the batch processing, an email is sent to each relevant manager and contains the list of processed sessions to which the manager is linked.
