EvaluationAvertissement batch

The EvaluationAvertissement batch is used to send a warning email to one or more participants when they are supposed to receive an invitation email to complete an evaluation questionnaire but no email address is entered in their contact's record sheet so they cannot receive it.

When creating the batch, select EvaluationAvertissement in the Batch template drop-down list.

When the batch is started, it checks if an email address is entered in their participant record sheets. If at least one participant does not have any email address, the batch sends a warning email.

Recipients of this email are:

  • the manager of the relevant session.
  • any manager that has modified the relevant session.

You can check whether a warning email has been sent for a session. In the Evaluation tab of a session, the Alert sent to manager column displays Yes when a warning email has been sent. Otherwise, the column displays No.

The parameters in the following table correspond only to the parameters specific to the EvaluationAvertissement batch.

  • RESP_COM_AFF: Project sales manager.
  • RESP_PRO: Project production manager.

To select multiple recipients, separate the email addresses and codes with ; characters.

Minimum number of days before the start of the evaluation period for the batch to send warning emails.

If this period has not begun, the batch cannot send warning emails for relevant sessions.

Important

This period must be superior to the one entered in the EvaluationInvitation batch in order to prevent invitation emails from being sent before warning emails.
