Introduction to the Training module

If your company uses Akuiteo and you give training sessions internally or externally, the Training module allows you to manage your offer and your training sessions in Akuiteo.

The module allows you to create your Bilan Pédagogique et Financier (Educational and financial report, a document that summarizes all educational activity and that French training organizations must declare).

There are multiple management objects related to the Training module:

• Courses are elements that constitute the training catalog. For example, it is possible to create a course about entering invoices.
• Sessions are linked to courses and are planned events during which the trainer and the participants gather to do the training. For example, it is possible to create a training session linked to the Entering invoices course
• Registration files are linked to sessions and are used to register participants.
• Participants are people who attend training sessions. They declare their total or partial attendance by signing in on the Training Portail.
• Trainers are people who present training sessions.
• Evaluations are periods during which the participants and the trainer complete the evaluation questionnaire. For example, it is possible to provide a satisfaction questionnaire about a session after it is finished.
